Our Full Planning Service is for clients who would like to turn up at there event knowing everything is all in order, this is achieved through the support and experience a events planner.
This is done through our inintial consultation,during this intregal session we will take time to understand your ideas and wishes for your special day and any concepts you have in mind.
Once we establish this will then use our experience creativity team to design and plan a unique creation for your event.
We promise to give you regular updated every step of the way and tailor all services to your specifications .
Consultations and appointments will be made at your convenience only with the best suppliers.
We attend all necessary meetings to ensure continuity and we are in constant contact with suppliers to arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day. On the day of the event , we will be in attendance from start to finish to ensure the smooth running of the day and to oversee all of the arrangements.
Full Planning Services Include
Supplier sourcing: photographer, videographer, cake, caterer, florist, transport, event attire, hair and make-up, stationery, entertainment, lighting and decor
Helping creatively – suggesting ideas and putting your ideas into practice. Creating floor-plans, ideaboards and helping with the styling of the event.
Attending all consultations with suppliers
Producing a complete minute by minute running order of the day to distribute to all suppliers
Setting up and decorating your venue
Being in attendance from start to finish on your event to oversee everything
Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support

Accommodation for guests with information on the local area
Partial Planning is for clients who may have already planned some aspects of their event but who feel they need some professional help.
You can contact us at any time throughout the planning of your event and after an initial consultation we can see what has been planned so far and help you with the remaining aspects.

On-the-Day Event Management is clients who have everything planned and organised but feel they would like a professional there on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
D'Marie Events will contact all the suppliers to organise the timings of the day and create a schedule of the day's order . We will also assist you with the styling and decor of the day. Creating floor plans, idea boards, colour scheme pallets and ensuring everything will look exactly how you want it to. We will meet with you 2 weeks before the event to go over all the final details and timings.
This package is perfect if you already have everything planned and especially if you are having a marquee/tipi/outdoor/dry hire wedding. If your event is in a venue we work alongside the venue staff and caterers to organise all your logistical needs and be the a point of contact throughout the whole process leading up to the event .
This package can be booked in as far in advance as you would like and you can then hand everything over to us in the final months before your event.
Our team will be present on the day of the event from start to finish to meet with your suppliers and set everything up for you. If this is a marquee/tipi event we can also be on site and help set everything up in the days leading up to the event.
On the day itself we will be the first port of call for any questions from suppliers and we will be in the background to ensure everything goes smoothly.
It will be the perfect stress-free day and you will be able to relax and enjoy your special day knowing that everything will go according to plan.
Prices for this package start from
Starts from £500 for Birthday Parties,Baby Shower Christenings depending on venue, numbers and logistics.(this does not include the cost of styling the venue)
Starts £750.00 for Weddings depending on venue, numbers and logistics.(this does not include the cost of styling the venue)
